Because all MOKUSEI items are handmade with care, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Due to the nature of handmade products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Gift cards
Natural variations in color, texture, grain, or shape are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

In original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
