MOKUSEI operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our handmade products to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services.
By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

All MOKUSEI products are handmade in small batches. Each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, texture, grain, shape, or finish. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately display our products, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions. We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match images shown online.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.
Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the handmade nature of our products.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which reflects that all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable charges.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for your purchase.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Because our products are handmade, processing times vary and are listed on each product page. Shipping time does not include processing time.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

By purchasing from MOKUSEI, you acknowledge that our products are handmade and may include minor variations. These characteristics are part of the design and craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects, returns, or refunds.

MOKUSEI is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with MOKUSEI. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and MOKUSEI.
